We recently made some new samples of our Bakery Baskets using Riley Blake's double sided quilted fabric - chevron on one side, polka dot on the other. Using the quilted fabric was a huge timesaver! The baguette basket is normally lined, but if you use the double sided fabric, a quick serge at the bottom cuts out the lining step. The honeycomb style, where you normally have to back and quilt fabric for each layer, just needs a trim of bias tape to finish it. Just bias, stack and stitch the layers. So easy! Do you used double sided quilted fabric? What have you made with it? We would love to know!
