The Crossroads Trench pattern was one of our summer releases. It is a quick, easy to make, unlined loose fitting wrap jacket. Which, of course, happens to look fabulous in Crossroads DenimIJ976CR_CrossroadsTrench_IndygoJunctionSewingPattern-1The trench, which doesn't have facings, features raglan sleeves, an oversized collar and optional pockets. It also has two length options. Above you see the long, and below the short.

IJ976CR_CrossroadsTrench_IndygoJunctionSewingPattern-sergedBecause the jacket is unlined and doesn't have facings you do need to make it from a two-sided fabric such as the Crossroads Denim, linen, fleece or wool. Although you can wear it open or snapped as seen above, I love how it looks belted, below. (The pattern for that belt is in Stitched Style)

IJ976CR_CrossroadsTrench_IndygoJunctionSewingPattern-2The pattern also includes instructions on how to make the jacket out of recycled denim! Super cute. I love the stitching detail along the collar and front edge.

IJ976CR_CrossroadsTrench_IndygoJunctionSewingPattern-recycleddenimjeansHow would you wear the Crossroads Trench? What fabric do you have in mind for it? We would love to hear your thoughts!
