Our Beautiful Botanica Makes!

In our last post we introduced you to a beautiful new fabric line by Crystal Manning for Moda called Botanica.  We used her fabrics with our patterns to make some new styles and it was a perfect fit!  The cottons and rayons in a variety of prints create a wardrobe that is beautiful, comfortable and stylish.

The Boardwalk Dress on the left above is cotton, while the Turn About Tank is in rayon with a beautiful drape.   We love how the Boardwalk Dress style offers a chance to combine two complementary prints.  And notice the Turnabout Tank print has the same print as the top of the Boardwalk dress, only in a slightly different shade.

The two different fabrics on the Boardwalk Dress make a fun contrast where the bow is tied.

The Turn About Tank is super comfortable in the rayon substrate, and can also be worn with the "V" in the front or the back.

Radiant in Rayons!

We love this print on the  Indygo Essentials - Asymmetrical Top and Tunic. This pattern can be made in cotton, but rayon is a wonderful choice. This is the print that was used in the Turn About Tank, but in the blue print.

The rayon print in this Indygo Essentials Raglan top is soft and comfortable.  This will become your go-to top for all occasions!

The Comfort of Cottons

This pajamas and robe combination is cute enough to make anyone want to snuggle up with a bowl of popcorn and binge-watch their favorite shows!  The Slumber Party PJs pattern is adorable in a small print. By contrast, the Klassic Kimono Robe uses two different larger prints that compliment the smaller print of the PJs.

The cowl neck on the Urban Tunic  is so flattering, and the side pockets are always handy.  This Urban Tunic is great for layering - just add a colorful cardigan and wear it well into Fall. It's also darling worn with navy leggings!

The Sophia Swing Coat pattern is the perfect addition to your wardrobe.  With the yoke and inverted pleat in the back, this jacket is a classic. A timeless style that is so practical- vintage made modern!
