The next pattern we will discuss in our Indygo Essentials series is our very popular Easy Top & Tunic. This pattern has been one of the top sellers of 2016!

This comfortable top comes in sizes XS - 3X like all of our Essentials patterns and in three lengths - a mid-waist length, upper thigh and longer tunic length.

I love how it makes up in a knit! This short version was created in Anna Maria Horner's Cracking Code print from FreeSpirit.

The medium length is shown here in rayon batiks by Anthology fabrics. I just love the drape of the rayons!

And how about this beautiful woven fabric from Textile Creations.

This versatile silhouette works in just about any type of fabric. Large print, small print, rayon, woven, cottons - it's easy to make it your own! Here are four different prints from Amy's new Vintage Made Modern - Kyoto collection from RJR showing how a variety of coordinates - large, small, dot or floral - all work for this same garment.

This variety really makes this top a must-have for your wardrobe. Perfect to wear alone or layered for more arm coverage, the Easy Top & Tunic is an ideal garment to stitch for beginners or experienced sewists!

Indygo Essentials Easy Top and Tunic is a great go-to shirt pattern!

I just purchased this pattern at the Quilt show. I have been eyeing this for a year. Looking forward to making it. I came to the website to find out what type of material I can use to make it. I read over the instructions and had some questions but I think I can figure it out when I read them again. I love these patterns.

Love this pattern! Since you showed it in a knit I’ll try one. Knits are so comfy. I have a few INDYGO Junction patterns and look forward to making them.
