Twinkle, Twinkle Fabriflair Star, let me tell you what they are...
Around here we love our stars! Our best selling Fabriflair so far—the Small and Large Radiant Star Kits—are made with matboard templates english paper piecing style. Check out the video below on how they are constructed.
Radiant Star Kits
Just simply glue your fabrics to the matboard and hand stitch together! This complex 60-sided star comes together like a breeze with it's repeating faceted structure. Use a blanket stitch or whip stitch to finish off the edges.
Medium Weight One-Sided Fusible Stabilizer
Our Fabriflair patterns use our Medium-Weight one-sided fusible Stabilizer. Instead of using glue, you can use an iron and fuse the fabric to the stabilizer and then either machine stitch or hand sew together. Plus the light and flexible stabilizer allows you to hang them on the wall or from your ceiling!
Our machine stitch method creates a simple hinge. Check out the Wall Art Star Pattern for more styling options.
Centerpiece Star Pattern
These Centerpiece Stars can be made for table top decor, bookends or as doorstops! Choose fabrics to celebrate the seasons or match your personal style. Accent star centers with beads and buttons. This Centerpiece Star below is made in Robert Kaufman Lunn Studios Greenhouse 3 batiks.
Wall Art Star Pattern
Inspired by vintage barn stars you see on many country homes, the Wall Art Star pattern allows you to create this five-armed dimensional star for your wall or front door. With three different sizes to choose from, you can make a collection to hang or make the perfect size to fit in any space. All can be made with one package of our Fabriflair Stabilizer and 10" square precuts, Fat Quarters or scraps!
For damage-free hanging, we suggest using 3M Command Strips.
Tree Topper and Ornament Pattern
Stitch yourself two-sided dimensional stars for all seasons. Make a Christmas tree topper or create a star ornament. Hang in a garland or add a star to a wreath for an accent of color & pattern. Three sizes are included and all work with 10" square precuts.
As you can see, we are completely starry-eyed!
